About our Firearms Safety Training Program


The Leominster Sportsmen's Association has three NRA Certified Instructors on board that offer a
variety of courses each month that will qualify you to apply for your Massachusetts License to Carry.
Matt Lichenstein, Ralph Romano and Dave Kistler (Training Committee Chairman) are our three instructors.
Matt and Ralph primarily offer NRA endorsed courses including NRA Basic Home Safety and NRA Pistol, with
Ralph Romano also offering NRA Personal Protection In the Home and NRA Personal Protection Outside of the
Home. Dave Kistler offers most all of the NRA endorsed Safety courses and is also an NRA Certified Shooting
Coach for Pistol, Rifle, and Shotgun. He offers shooting lessons in each discipline that focus not only on
safety but actual shooting technique.



You can check our Events calendar to see what's being offered and when. Typically there are
at least two LTC courses offered every month.
